RETURN POLICY

3/ Detailed return policy:
Customers can exchange/return to another product only once and within 60 days from the time of purchase/receipt. Exchanged products must meet the following conditions:

Products with original tags and shopping receipts or phone numbers for customers who have registered as members. (For donated products, customers need to provide the phone number or email of the person directly purchasing the product)

The product is unused and not dirty. (When trying on shoe products, customers should wear socks and try on shoes on a clean surface to ensure the product is not dirty).

The exchanged product must have equal or higher value than the old product. In case the product selected for exchange is of lower value than the product to be exchanged, the customer will not receive a refund.

Note:

In case the product that needs to be exchanged is ordered during the promotion period, customers please exchange the product during the promotion period to receive the preferential price.
The return policy does not apply to the following products according to customer needs unless the product is defective due to the manufacturer:
Products have discounts of 40% or more
Products at the same price
Gifts in promotions.

Customers who need to exchange products can do so in one of the following two ways:

Method 2: Exchange by mail: For customers in areas that do not have one of the GummyApparel mentioned above or the product you want to exchange is no longer available at the store, please follow these steps: This:

Send full product images, status, along with online bill of lading/invoice to the customer care department for confirmation of exchange/return.
Shipper will send new products + return/exchange products including accompanying accessories, promotional gifts (if any), along with bill of lading and Online invoice to the following address:

Customers are responsible for the integrity of the product when sent to GummyApparel.

Customers will pay the shipping fee of $4.99/1 order directly to the shipping unit IF the return is due to the customer’s request.
Customers will not be charged IF the return is due to GummyApparel.

Refund on Returned products:
The refund value will be calculated into the debt and managed by the customer’s phone number.

Refunds will be applied to future orders.

Note: The exchange value of the product is calculated according to the value of the product at the time the customer pays.

From the second exchange, customers please pay the shipping fee in case the product needs to be returned for exchange at GummyApparel warehouse.
